Responsibilities

  • Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Write tailored proposals to win projects.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand requirements.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for accurate estimations.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in online bidding/business development.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Understanding of Web, Mobile, SaaS, and AI/ML projects.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fiverr, or other lead-gen platforms.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesmate).
