Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and documentation.
- Help in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Support onboarding and exit processes.
- Coordinate with team leads for HR-related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Nice to Have
- Prior internship experience in HR.
- Understanding of HR tools and applicant tracking systems.
