What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development, SaaS, or digital agencies

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum project management and SDLC

Proven experience managing multiple projects with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA)

Excellent communication skills for client-facing and internal coordination
-
Ability to plan, track, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget

Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar
-
Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and scope control
-
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (on-site + remote collaboration)
Nice to Have

Technical background or strong understanding of web, mobile, or SaaS products

Experience working with international clients and remote teams

Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Slack, Notion, or Figma

Agile / Scrum certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.)

Experience in a fast-paced agency or startup environment
