Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in IT/software industry).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Understanding of technical roles and stacks.
