Responsibilities
- Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Write tailored proposals to win projects.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical team for accurate estimations.
- Maintain and grow client relationships.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in online bidding/business development.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Understanding of Web, Mobile, SaaS, and AI/ML projects.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fiverr, or other lead-gen platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesmate).
